Halifax Works is an occupational health service staffed by a Physician Assistant, an Occupational Health Nurse and two Occupational Health Assistances.  We provide drug and breath alcohol testing, physicals, vaccinations, TB screening, hearing testing, pulmonary function evaluations, respirator fitting and workers compensation injury treatment.  Halifax Works is also able to customize its services and physicals to the meet needs of most companies.  Halifax Works makes every effort expedite the safe and healthy return of employees while providing a cost effective health care option to employers.

 

Roanoke Clinic

Roanoke Clinic is a family medical clinic located at 1385 Medical Center Drive in Roanoke Rapids, NC.  Roanoke Clinic staffs three physicians, three nurse practitioners and a number of skilled dedicated nurses to care for your family’s health.  Health services provided includes care for your family general health, immunizations, chronic care, laboratory testing and women’s health.  Roanoke Clinic also offers allergy testing and shots; education and treatment for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

 

 

 

Roanoke Valley Medical Ministries Clinic

Roanoke Valley Medical Ministries Clinic (RVMMC) works to help people in the Roanoke Valley who do not have health insurance and have limited money.  The RVMMC is located at 536 Jackson Street in Roanoke Rapids.  The physicians volunteering at the RVMMC provide basic medical care and assist patients with getting the necessary medicine to help promote wellness.  For people who are eligible, all of the services at the RVMMC are free. 

 

 

 

Wildwood Medical Clinic

Wildwood Medical Clinic is a family medical clinic located at 2058 River Road Henrico, NC near Lake Gaston.    Wildwood Medical Clinic is staffed by a board certified family practitioner and a general nurse practitioner.  Services offered at Wildwood Medical Clinic include general wellness, immunizations, sick care, laboratory testing, chronic illness maintenance, and minor emergency care to the patients of the Lake Gaston and surrounding communities.
