From: I-95 & Weldon

Take I-95 Exit # 173 toward Roanoke Rapids.  Go West on US-158 for approximately 2 miles.  Merge left on US 158-W.  Turn left on Smith Church Road, remain on Smith Church Road for approximately 2/10th of a mile.  Turn left beside the Halifax Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Entrance sign.

From: Littleton

Go East on NC-903 for approximately seven miles.  Stay straight onto US-158.  Continue on US-158 for approximately 8 miles.  Then turn Right onto Smith Church Road.  Turn left beside the Halifax Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Entrance sign.

From: Gaston

Leave Gaston on NC Highway 48 South.  When you cross the Roanoke River bridge, highway 48 will become Roanoke Ave.  Follow Roanoke Avenue for approx 3 miles Turn left onto US-158 (Julian Allsbrook Highway).  Follow US-158 for approximately 2 miles.  Turn right on Smith Church Road.  Turn left beside the Halifax Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Entrance sign.

From: Wilson

Take I-95 North toward Richmond. Go 49 miles and take the NC-125 Exit # 171.  Turn left onto NC-125 and travel 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Medical Center Drive and end at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

From: Southern Virginia

Take I-95 South to the US-158 W exit # 173. Turn right onto US-158 W. Travel less than a mile to the first main intersection.  Take a left onto NC-125.  Take a Right onto Medical Center Drive.  Halifax Regional Medical Center is located at the end of the road.

From: Raleigh

Take US-64 E to I-95 N toward Richmond (about 42 miles). Exit off I-95 N at NC-125 Exit # 171. Turn left onto NC-125 toward Roanoke Rapids Turn left onto NC-125 and travel 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Medical Center Drive and end at Halifax Regional Medical Center.
